I haven't exercised for a bazillion years. My knees were too painful. But I've lost 11 lbs and so the stress on my knees are less. Of course I'm far out of shape now, but I wanted to do some so that I can help keep my body metabolism high, and to burn off a few calories that I...err... spent on Pop Tarts. Ahem. Anyway, I stopped at 3 miles (small steps)...
