Trumpets!
Yearly appraisal process at work. I asked one manager to have input on it 'cos I've done a lot of work (approx 1/4 of the year) on his projects.
I got a copy of his input today...
Apparently one project I created has gone over so well that the customer has funded over 26 FTEs (Full Time Equivalents; approx 1 person/month) and engaged 12+ engineers to work within the framework I created. Wow! Hopefully this means I'm gonna get a good appraisal :-)
Sometimes I just have to blow my own trumpet *giggle*
