Exercise
(Huh; for some reason LJ restored a previous post into this new post as if it was a draft, even though I'd posted it; odd)
So beer Thursday, shopping on Friday. Did some swimming (around 30 minutes) in Tori's pool on Saturday. I guess that counts as exercise.
Today I decided I should do some, so while transferring some stuff old SG1 from TiVo to DVD for Beth I exercised. My heart rate didn't reach zone until about 70s in, and didn't go above max until just before the end, so I stopped at 5.5 miles, which is close to where I wanted, anyway (I might have pushed onto 5.7 or 5.8 otherwise) and that was going faster than normal.
5.5 miles, 39:54 (8.3mph) , 141bpm, 38:33 in zone, 648Kcals.
