Exercise!
I want to do some minimal exercise during the holiday period to try and counteract the food I'm gonna be eating.
Today I wondered if my knee would be better if it was warmer, so I wore the PVC sweat suit. of course this meant I sweated like mad, and so the heart rate was higher, so I only did a 30 minute exercise. My knee did twinge a little, but didn't hurt. Maybe I need a knee brace. Hmm.
Anyway,
