Quitting twitter

swehLast week I quit twitter. I just decided it was far too full of shit and people who can't read (more than once I'd had to reply with things like "what part of abhorrent didn't you understand" because the interlocutor thought I was defending something I explicitly stated I was against).
But sometimes there's a "junkie" reflex.
Today's Daily Show had a segment on people calling 911 on black people with "some day in future, we'll figure out a way to make these calls stop" as the intro to a "minority report" joke.
Just 10 minutes earlier I'd been watching "Time Trax" where, in the year 2193, the racial epithet was "blanco"; white people were the minority and so were the target.
I was gonna tweet about that as a reflex.
It's gonna take some rehab to quit this twitter habbit!
