Before starting Atkins I weighed 220lbs according to my scales. Today I weigh 212lbs. So I lost 8lbs in one week. Not bad!

My scales seem to weigh 3lbs heavier than Tori's, and hers seem to match what her Doctors scales said, so I guess I'm really 209lbs, but I'll keep working with mine for comparison purposes.

The one big downside is that I seem to be VERY sleepy. Went to bed at 10:15 last night and was sound
asleep by 10:30 and still tired this morning. *yawn*!
