I get home and find an unexpected UPS sign on the door. Odd... oh, HSBC, huh? Must be mortgage related. Of course I have no doorman in my apartment building. Ah well... reschedule for Monday; I'll work from home that day!

Of course, when I get my house there will still be no doorman, so this problem won't be solved. But it will be my house :-) :-)

Thank you for this new dumping of weather bukkake; just what I wanted while wearing work shoes with no grip whatsofuckingever.

And yes, of course, with the temperatures below freezing.. of course my boiler decides to break. This is actually predictable the low temperature seems to cause a water mains pressure drop, which causes air to enter my heating system, which causes an air-lock, which causes the water to stop circulating, which causes the boiler to think the water is nice and warm but the apartment to actually be 63F.

*brrrrh*

Yes, I know how to fix it, but it takes time for the temperature to start rising.

One thing I won't miss when I leave this apartment :-)
