If you try to follow things in that list then you might just find yourself looking for a new job. For example, using external email services to send company email exposes your company to data leaks which could then cause industry regulators to jump on your employer. This problem is even worse if you use GoogleDesktop.
Seriously. Those 10 items are potentially Career Limitting Moves. Do not do any of them!
(Of course most people who read my LJ should know better, anyway, but just in case someone else comes across this at random...)
