Flame
=====

When I first met you
My heart burst into flame,
Sparked by your presence
Ignited by you.

Bondage shaped that flame,
Torments only dreamed,
Actions only fantasized
Submission to you.

Time can extinguish fire
Or dull it to an ember
Yet this flame endures and burns
Fanned by you.

The initial spark has long since gone,
The flame has settled down
Providing long and enduring warmth
Fed by you.

My love, this flame will never die
Until my days are through;
It will keep me warm eternally
This flame, my love for you.
