Hmm. My weight after 1 week (212lbs) may have been low, since soon after I weighed 214lbs. Today's weighing has been interesting...

Last night: 210.5lbs
This morning: 211.5lbs (I put on a pound overnight! Clever!)
After breakfast: 208lbs

I think my scales aren't very good! So I got out an older analogue scales (which I'd already discarded as being innacurate and unreliable, but never thrown away) and this weighed me at 207lbs. Putting those on the floor meant moving the digital scales to the right, and that one weighed me at 210lbs (ie a 2lbs difference in a matter of minutes).

sigh

So I'm guessing now. I'm revising the first week of Atkins and saying I lost 6lbs in the first week, and 4lbs in the second week, so I lost 10lbs over the 2 weeks.


However, it could be as little as me losing 0.5lbs this week, which isn't very heartening. Am I doing something wrong on this diet? Too much meat? OK, I'm a little constipated but I managed a pretty reasonable shit yesterday (the second portion of salads seems to help) but maybe only losing 1lb? Blugh. Not happy.
