Credit recovering

swehFinally get the results of the Transunion report... they deleted the two deficit entries. Of course they don't provide any details of the investigation, merely that it was resolved with them deleting the bad values. No guarantees that they won't fuck up in the same way in 6 months time :-(
I haven't asked for the Equifax report; I'm feeling very touchy about this crap and now and have no reason to believe that just because my Experian report was clean last month doesn't mean they won't have added the shit this month. Gah.
I'm hoping that this is just TransUnion performing a lack of due diligence and not checking SSNs. I have no reason to believe that the other agencies are any better.
This whole system is majorly fucked up and so biased _against_ the man in the street that I'm surprised it's been allowed to happen. Blugh. Credit reporting agencies should be fined for every fuckup they make because it can cause hardship to the average person in America. I know there are many many people in America who are against government action, but this seems to me to be an obvious area where regulation is required.
Oh well... tomorrow I'll phone the credit card company to get my limits restored.
