Mar. 13th, 2005 08:56 pmI started up slow this session; was feeling tired. Probably as slow as 8mph. Once I realised how slow I was I decided to speed up. Hell, why not see how much I can do at a higher speed. I peaked at around 11mph, but had trouble sustaining it, so I stopped at 2 miles. My overall speed was quicker than normal, but I can't maintain that!
