Today was weird... my heart was slow coming up to speed and I had to go up a level for about 30% of the exercise in order to get my heart near the 150bpm line (first couple of times when I reduced it to level 4 my heart dropped back to 140bpm). However the whole exercise period was hard word and I wasn't anywhere near as comfortable. Afterwards, in the shower, I was feeling slightly nauseous and my stomach felt empty. Maybe I'm not eating enough, but I did have a larger lunch today and a Cliff Bar at 4pm. Hmm. Perhaps three consecutive days of heavy exercise isn't a good idea. I dunno...
