For various reasons (Part of my fetish is being wrapped in plastic; eg mummified in saran wrap, wrapped in a large plastic bags. This causes me to sweat, which I don't like that much, but it's dirtyness is also some turn on... so I bought a plastic exercise suit, which is meant to make you sweat more by sealing at wrist/ankles/neck/waist) I have have a plasticy exercise suit; you know, those things that have strong elastic at wrists/ankles/etc so your sweat can't escape and your body can't cool down so much, causing you to sweat more. I know that I sweat enough as it is, but I thought i'd just experiment with wearing this. Naturally I made sure I had plenty of water on hand, since I expected to get dehydrated.
Wow, definitely sweated a lot; I could feel it settling in the wrists, for example, and when I raised my arm a stream of cold water ran up the arm and down my back. My heart rate also seem to be higher and sometimes went as high as 160, when I try to keep it 156 or less. The downside was that I had to take off the sweat suit in the shower... and a splash of water came out, and I stank of sweat. Well, that's why I went to the shower :-)
Because it took a little longer to setup, exercise duration was slightly smaller...
