4. What was your first job?
As a kid I had a paper round. Between finishing secondary school and going to sixth form I did a summer temp job at ITT, doing basic filing crap in an accounts department. The year after I did "key-to-disk" work at Access Credit Card ("Joint Credit Company" was their official name). Between 6th form an University I did summer work at "Echo Plastics" where I improved some of their procedures for handling invoices for retroactive price increases. But my first full time job was in 1990 at Papachristidis Ltd, as a Unix SA.

Never had one

6. When did you go to your first funeral?
My aunt Rose. Not sure what year that was

7. How old were you when you first moved away from your hometown?
If going to University counts, I was 18 (just; 19 a week later). If not then I was 31.

Mrs Clarke.

1984, to Majorca on holiday
