swehA student without a valid ID card didn't leave the computer library so the cops were called. And tased him. And tased him. And tased him. While he was in handcuffs and being held by two other cops. And refused to provide badge numbers when asked. And threatened to tase a bystander.

Normally I consider camera phones to be an annoyance. But this....
