I'm sick of my body. Ankles ache, knees ache, back aches. How the hell am I meant to exercise when I can't bend my legs properly?
Well, fuck it. I'm going to. I'm going to over do it. I'm going to exercise until my arms and legs ache. I don't care if the HRM goes out of range.
Well, slightly. If possible I want to do a normal exercise and once that's complete then go over the top. Force that extra amount.
So I did 5.6 miles in 42:26 minutes (so 7.9mph). The HRM started beeping intermittently at 40:00 minutes so I'd guess around 41:00 in zone. 783Kcals.
Then I carried on. At around the 8 mile mark my arms started aching so I continued until 8.1 miles. The HRM moaned most of the time during this period. I don't think it went about 163bpm (155 is the max in-zone value).
8.1 miles, 61:41 (so still 7.9mph), 150bpm, 44:49 in zone, 1181 Kcals.
I don't think I could do this every day, but I'm going to try to do it 2 or 3 times a week.
