Blood pressure

So I bought myself a Blood Pressure Monitor.

I took a reading a work, through my shirt sleeve: 128/81, 76bpm
I took a reading at home after yesterday's exercise and a nice hot shower: 150/86, 90bpm
I took a reading this morning, just after getting up: 116/73, 63bpm

The after-exercise values are excessively high, but the other two are consider "Normal". Hmm. Still got lots of tinnitus, though.
