Friday was "SciFi Friday" so no exercise. Today I felt like shit. So so so tired. Indeed, I fell asleep on the couch mid-afternoon. Not sure why I'm so tired. Ugh.
This showed up in the figures, as well. HRM started beeping at 13 minutes! WTF? After 20 minutes I gave up trying to keep my heart within range, and just went for 4 miles. In the end it appeared to peak 5bpm above the range.
