Fucking verizon
Nov. 30th, 2006 06:31 pm2 months ago my bill had a "Verizon DSL" component for $83.36. WTF? I have cablemodem! So I called... oh, an error, we'll credit it. So I got a $3 credit in the next bill, so they still owed me $80.36. I expected to see that in this months bill. Instead I see an early termination fee for an additional $79. Fucking idiots.
I think I'll cancel the whole fucking phone line. I don't use it much, anyway.
And in my anger I think I've bruised my hand on the wall.
