Poor exercise!

I was out drinking last night and I think my body is still moaning at me. I'll also be out tomorrow. So I had to do some exercise today. The HRM started moaning at me by 15 minutes and my left knee really started hurting at 19 minutes and even adjusting the knee straps didn't help), so I stopped then.

Ugh.
