I wonder if this tiredness has been because I haven't been drinking enough water... hmm. I'm drinking fluids, but on the training course it tends to be coffee (caf and decaf... waah! avoid the donoughts and bagels!) or diet Pepsi. Hmmm...
I just drank 2 pints of water and am still thirsty. And have just put on another 2lbs (heh; so now I'm only 4lbs less than when I started)
