No exercise
Apr. 21st, 2005 11:13 pmWas down the pub with a co-worker. Beer, good! 7 (UK) pints later...
When I got home I drunkenly decided to see what my bpm was.
Varied between 100 and 80. Wuh? So I used my blood pressure gauge to measure it (and as a side it measures bpm). It said 87bpm, which matched the HRM.
And then I stood up and put the blood pressure guage away, and my bpm went over 100bpm. Wuh?
This is the first time I've measured my bpm doing "normal" stuff. That number seems high. Maybe it's the alcohol that caused it. Dunno.
100bpm just walking around seems _wrong_. Maybe I am that unfit! Sheesh. I should probably do the same test without the alcohol...
