I don't know if this exercise is doing me any good, really. I'm putting on weight, for fucks sake, and my trousers are getting tight. Damnit! I go to all this effort, and nothing seems to come of it. Hmmph :-( It's a little depressing. Almost didn't do any exercise tonight. *sigh*

Maybe I should be exercising harder, but at the 35 minute mark the HRM starts to tell me that I'm over the max limit, so I slow down... and I keep slowing down to keep my heart in range. If I go on for much longer I'd be crawling. It means that I'm not out of breath when I finish exercise, merely very sweaty. Is that the sign of a good work out, or a waste of time? I dunno!
