Despite being low blood sugar (I knew I was because I was getting irrationally very annoyed at stupid things, like forgetting to turn on the basement light, meaning I had to go up the stairs again) I found this exercise session quite easy so I pushed from 6.5 miles to 7.0 miles and did that last 1/2 mile at around 9.5mph and even then my heart rate just hit the max limit of the target zone!
7.0 miles, 51:04 (so 8.2mph av), 141bpm, 50:31 in zone (and the 35 seconds out of zone were at the beginning of the session), 791Kcals.
I doubt the next session will go so well, though :-)
