I wasn't going to exercise today because I was feeling pretty tired and unmotivated. But I had some food and afterwards decided I did have the energy.
Now I started off oddly... after 13 minutes my HRM started beeping about "out of zone". Huh?? So I looked... and I was under the minimum value. WTF? I consciously sped up and tried to keep the speed between 8.5 and 9.0 mph for the rest of the session. That took a lot more out of my legs and I was struggling at 38 minutes. I also spent a bit of time over the maximum in-zone value, but only by 1 or 2 bpm.
7.0 miles, 49:27 (so 8.5mph), 142bpm, 47:23 in zone, 768 Kcals.
