swehThere is a project at work involving rolling out software I wrote. Twice in the past three weeks I have been called at 4:30pm on a Friday, being asked questions that show that the implementation team has done no preparation work for the whole week (like even logging into the box to see what is happening... oh it's in a DMZ and can't see the internal servers! Duh!). Today, on a conference call, one of the project managers objected to my annoyance when being given these last-minute problems (their lack of planning someone becomes my problem... *sigh*). I feel I'm justified in my annoyance, but apparently I'm being arsehole.
