I didn't do any exercise during the week because Monday morning my neck was stiff, Wednesday I was out drinking, Thursday helping Tori celebrate closing on her house.... Well, that's my excuse!
Today I meant to exercise earlier, but in the end I did it after I had dinner. Curiously that seemed to have made the exercise easier! I easily did 6 miles, and so decided to do another 1/2 mile at a faster 8.5mph and even then my heart rate didn't go above the top of the aerobic range. Maybe I should always do my exercising after dinner!
