Today I tried to do similar; had dinner and then later exercised. However, it didn't seem to help and exercise was a lot harder this time around. Odd. Also, the program I was watching finished early (well, it was an extended episode and I watched over half of it yesterday so it was short today) and that co-incided with exactly 5 miles and I'd started going over the upper end of aerobic range, so I decided to call a halt there.
