I think this is the first exercise I've done for 3.5 months (since I hurt my toe), almost definitely the first this year. I was a little worried that I would be totally out of shape.
As it happens, although I was slightly out of breath initially, the session went very well! Most of the time my heart was steady around 145 and rarely dropped below 140 or over 150 (except for when I pushed the speed up to 9mph temporarily). The numbers seem to reflect this.
