That was a bad idea. I didn't feel good and had been feeling out of breath when going up stairs. My nose feels like it's about to start running. After 5 minutes I felt myself starting to yawn a lot. At 10 minutes my heart rate had gone over teh top of the range. After 13 minutes I was feeling pretty bad, so I pushed on to 2 miles and stopped.
