After last week's failure I didn't exercise for a few days, and then the weekend was a a little busy. Today I did exercise.
Again, I started yawning but I pushed through. My theory is that I needed more oxygen because I was exercising but not so much as to make me start breathing heavily and faster, so a yawn. All the way through the exercise cycle I wasn't breathing very heavily at all (but I was sweating a lot and my heart rate exceeded 156 a couple of times). Can anyone with better body/exercise knowledge than me say whether that theory is potentially accurate? After 7 minutes I'd gotten into my stride and didn't yawn after that.
Huh, an Enterprise episode is around 42 minutes, compared to a Knight Rider episode of around 47 minutes. That cut down the exercise program by 3 minutes!
5.5 miles, 42:35 (7.7mph), 149bpm, 41:12 in zone, 781 Kcals
