After a very bad (dietwise) Easter weekend...
I found myself starting at 9mph, tried to force myself down a more reasonable 8.1mph but failed and after 20 minutes the HRM was beeping at me and I realised I was doing 9.1mph. Yikes, not good!
From 27 minutes onwards the HRM would regularly start beeping. Oh well.
My left ankle was feeling a little sore (it does that occaisionally ever since I broke that leg near there in 2001) and my right knee would occaisionally click (which it's done since I was a kid). I wonder if this is a sign that I'm not eating enough, or not getting proper vitamins (I've not been religiously taken vitamin tablets; I keep forgetting). At 35 minutes my left knee started aching. That may have been due to my trying to position my foot to relieve the ankle. Silly me.
Anyway, as Enterprise was finishing I sprinted for 1/10th mile (got up to 15.3mph).
5.7 miles, 42:03 (8.1mph), 150bpm, 39:27 in zone, 787Kcals
The bpm and in-zone values aren't too good. Hmm. Why am I having trouble keeping _below_ 8mph these days.
