My HRM wasn't beeping again, so I pulled it apart again... while I was doing this it said my heart rate was over 110. Over 110 idle? Hmm. I dunno. I know I'm feeling a little stressed, but... hmm, maybe it's not reading properly. Or maybe it is. Yikes.
I had trouble keeping the HRM below 156 so after 10 minutes I gave up trying and turned off the beep. It read somewhere between 157 and 165.
So I only did a small session this time of 3 miles, just in case.
3 miles, 23:19 (so 7.7mph av), 157bpm, 9:07 in zone, 471Kcals.
Frell, that are not good numbers!
Hey, that's a thought... let's compare the value of the HRM to the value from the blood pressure arm cuff. OK... HRM says 115bpm, pressure monitor says 117bpm. Crap!! And 124/76 which, at least, is in the "normal" range.
So a high heart rate today. How odd! That was probably one of the crappiest work out sessions I've done in a long time :-(
