WTF?

I look out of the window and see the garage light on; eh that happens if an animal or something passes the movement sensor. But then I notice a flash-light in the yard? WTF? So I go out there and find a neighbour (across the back fence; not on my road; we've never spoken or anything) has entered my back garden looking for his cat that has escaped. As I watch he runs around the back of the garage. Fortunately I had no plants in that part of the garden, but he'd have trampled them if I did.

I don't mind people getting their cats, but it wouldn't have hurt for him to have asked permission to enter my property first!

Of course, he gets the cat and then drops it 3 seconds later and it shoots off down the road. Fuckwit.
