5 minutes into it I needed to dash upstairs. The 2 flights of stairs took my heart rate from 135 to 160, and even though it came down to 146 again pretty quickly the boost pretty much threw off the whole exercise.
I was going to ignore the beeping and just carry on through, but I was getting very annoyed (low blood sugar? Dunno!) and so stopped at 4.6 miles.
4.6 miles (and two flights of stairs), 34:53 (7.9mph), 151bpm, 26:16 in zone, 647 Kcals.
