Same plan as Monday. At 30 minutes the HRM beeped intermittently. At 40 minutes it was pretty continuous, so probably more time out of zone than before. Eh. The intermediate measurement was 5.5 miles, 42:06 (so 7.8mph, slower than Monday), 787Kcals.
I went on to 8 miles and then sprinted at 10mph just to make it to 8.1 miles. The HRM went up to 170bpm then, definitely out of zone, but I wasn't feeling toooooo breathless. Just a silly experiment :-)
8.1 miles, 61:30 (7.9mph ave), 152bpm, 41:28 in zone, 1205Kcals
