After the fiasco last week and the resulting tidy up, I didn't do any exercise last week. I'd also been ignoring my diet (stress because of Green Card paperwork?) So today I was wondering how I'd do. Not bad... HRM started beeping a little at 30 minutes and at 33 minutes, then almost continuously at 40 minutes. I'm currently watching Wonder Woman (more cheese than you can chew!) and those older programs were longer (48 mins or more rather than 42:30... all those extra adverts today!) so I went on to 6.3 miles
