swehIf you're a carpenter ant or termite, that is!
Just had a pest terminator come in and look around and apparently I have both. Lucky me! And the previous owners didn't pass on all the paperwork properly so I'm theoretically out of guarantee. But the guy says he's gonna do me a deal and only charge $300.
Whatever.
I just want bugs to stop eating my house.
